Do I need to be working full-time to access your services? 

No. Whether you’re working full-time, part-time, agency, or in between jobs — ThriveSphere is for you. 

Are your sessions confidential? 

Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential unless a safeguarding concern arises, in which case we follow statutory safeguarding procedures. ThriveSphere Consulting will always aim to discuss any safeguarding concerns transparently with clients whenever possible, before making a referral.

Do you only work with support workers? 

Not at all — we support anyone in care and support roles, including care assistants, keyworkers, team leaders, and new managers. 

Can I book more than one service at once? 

Absolutely. You can book a package of sessions or mix and match based on your current needs. 

Do you work with employers or teams? 

At the moment, ThriveSphere is focused on 1:1 support, but group reflective sessions and supervision contracts for small teams are available by request.
